Maniaci was actually about the third or fourth pro we attempted to hire for our deck project, everyone else flakes out a disappeared, never to be heard from again. One of those pros was even recommended to us by our realtor! Full disclosure, we were a bit skeptical simply because everything seemed too legit and too good to be true. We were able to get on the schedule quickly, it was the best priced quote we had received, phone calls and text messages were answered promptly...there had to be a catch. The only thing was, there wasn't. They showed up when they said, the job was done earlier than originally anticipated and even though there were a couple additional unforeseen items that required extra materials, they stuck to the agreed upon price and didn't nickel and dime us. The deck looks fantastic, the crew was professional and friendly...couldn't ask for anything more. We were truly impressed and would hire again in a heartbeat.
