The short answer is no. When a deck starts to show signs of rot that means its time to replace the whole deck. 

In few circumstance's can we offer a service such as replacing all the decking boards and hand railings. Be advised you will only extend the decks life another 6-10 years, its usually not a good investment to repair a deck.
