You'll get familiar with the team members who will end up working on your project, right at your own house. You'll also see what we stand for, what we're working toward, and who we try to be for every customer who trusts us with their home.
Who We Are
Maniaci Construction is a deck and fence contracting company built on one simple idea: the people doing the work matter just as much as the work itself. We don't use subcontractors. Every person who shows up at your home is one of our own team members — background-checked, trained, and held to the same standard we'd want in our own backyard.
That's not a marketing line. It's how we built this company, and it's how we plan to keep building it.
What Can You Expect When Hiring Us For Your Project?
- Organized — Materials and equipment get delivered to a spot communicated with the customer ahead of time.
- On Time — Some of our crews start at 8:00 AM, and crews dropping their kids off at daycare start at 9:00 AM.
- Clean & Presentable — Our crew members never show up smelling rough or wearing shirts full of holes.
- Well-Maintained Vehicles — No one shows up in a vehicle that's falling apart. Our team members earn a livable wage so they can afford to take care of their things.
- Professional — Every team member is happy to answer questions or concerns at any time. No one is ever made to feel unimportant.
- Respectful — We're guests in your home. Foul language and inappropriate jokes are never tolerated, under any circumstances.
- Accommodating — Every project is different. Sometimes work can't happen from 10:45–12:00 because the kids are napping, or because there's a meeting at home from 1:00–2:15 and quiet is needed. We take these moments seriously and plan around them.

Hannah Wassall - Office Manager
Who is Hannah, and what does she do at Maniaci Construction?
Hannah is one of the most important people on our team. Her daily commitment and attention to detail are a big part of why we're as successful as we are today.
She wears a lot of hats — job costing, payroll, growth management, and all the admin work that keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes. She also leads the charge on hiring, including running background checks to make sure every candidate is thoroughly vetted before joining our crew.
What makes Hannah especially great at this is that she's a mom — and a fantastic one at that. She brings that same care and instinct into evaluating who we bring into your home or business, asking the same questions she would if it were her own family and her own front yard. That perspective means we don't just look for skilled workers — we look for people you'd genuinely feel comfortable having around your property.
She's been with us since we completed a huge project in Florida for her father in 2023. She had previously worked for another small construction company, but there wasn't much room for growth there. When Nick and I got back from that six-month job in Florida — rebuilding after Hurricane Ian wiped everything out — she was exactly what we needed. We're extremely thankful everything lined up at the right time to bring her into the business.
