Gutter drainage under your concrete

Downspouts that dump next to the foundation are how basements get wet and slabs get undermined. When we pour new concrete, the ground is already open — which makes it the cheapest moment there will ever be to bury the problem.

How it works

Before the pour, we run buried drain pipe from your downspouts underneath the new slab and out to daylight, away from the house. Gutter water drops into the pipe at the house and comes out where it cannot hurt anything — no surface pipes to trip over or mow around, nothing dumping across your new patio.

The window is the pour. Once the concrete is down, running pipe under it means cutting or boring — ten times the effort. If your gutters dump anywhere near where the new concrete is going, tell us before we pour and it is a simple add-on.
